Norman grew up in a suburb of Dallas, Texas, and is the proud father of three daughters - Hannah, Kaitlyn, and Rebekah - as well as eight grandsons and one granddaughter. Born in the Philippines to missionary parents serving with The Navigators, he spent his early childhood there before returning to the United States at age 11. After a successful career in the technology sector, a family mission trip to the Philippines in 2009 rekindled his deep connection to the country. Today, Norman lives in the Philippines, where he serves as President of Kids International Ministries.
