Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations [help the people to learn of Me, believe in Me, and obey My words], baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, - Matthew 28:19
I have been so blessed to be part of an after-school Bible Study with 6th grade girls from Cuatro Christian School. Part of the structure for this group was to include 8th Graders, who I have been meeting with, as "leaders". These 8th graders have benefited spiritually from their teachers at CCS and most recently from volunteer groups from Australia and Taylor University. This spiritual growth has them now ready to lead others in a closer walk with Christ.
While meeting with volunteers, the 8th graders, would break up into small groups and be led by a volunteer in discussions and prayer times. As I invited these 8th graders to do the same with the 6th graders they knew from experience how it should be done. It was truly an opportunity to see disciples making disciples. What a blessing to have maturing Christian ladies literally from around the world join in the Great Commission.
It is easy to see how exciting this is for me. Thank God I can be a small part of His Eternal Plan.
