I came to pray with the Cuatro Christian School mothers early this morning but they were busy cooking for our students. Every Monday I spend some time with them in prayer after sharing some praises and prayer requests. While waiting for them to get to a stopping moment, I was talking to this little girl who came with her mother. I've learned that her class doesn't start till after lunch. She kept asking me about the Children's Bible I brought to give to one of the CCS teachers to use for class. I handed it to her to look. She opened it and started reading, very slowly. We read some pages together, very slowly. We laughed together as we read long Tagalog words very slowly. The mothers were even laughing with us. I thank God for this little opportunity that made my morning different than normal. The prayer time was sweet and the little girl was happy.
