My name is Francis M. Rotoni, I was born in Taytay, Rizal. I have a wife, Geraldine Flor, and 2 children named Pia Franchesca and Francis Ethan They are the gift that God-given me.
But before I received it. I grew up in a poor family. And I experienced sleeping in a dilapidated house and almost lacking in food. At that time my father did not have a decent job and we depended on the relatives' support. However, I continued my studies. Until graduating from Elementary and High School. When I graduated from high school I found a job, I was 19 years old I started working. There I have experienced many trials, that I have almost given up. Every day and night I had a problem, I asked God why I was experiencing it? It is difficult to be born poor.
Until I met an Evangelical Church in our area. There I gradually felt relief. I have seen many changes since I joined a Christian Church.
And there I saw that life is not yet full of hardships, there is comfort.
Until I accepted Jesus as my Lord and savior of my life since 2007. And there were many changes in my life. Many blessings, sometimes big, sometimes small, and it is amazing that when God acts on us, I feel very happy and nothing is impossible to Him. Until I found a good job, A factory worker. And that I thought that this is an opportunity to go to college. I became a working student during those times, many trials but it was ok because I had Jesus in my heart. Until I graduated and became a teacher.
I asked myself how I could help and serve the Lord despite his help to me. Until I discovered that I have a heart that is understanding and compassionate, especially for poor children. I think I have felt this for a long time but it’s sleeping. Sometimes I reflect myself the children I see growing up in poverty as well. I want to help them. Until I met KIDS International Ministries which also helps those in need. There my desire to help especially poor children. So now I am here in these ministries. I am currently working at KIDS International Ministries (Cuatro Christian School) as a grade 5 and grade 6 teacher. I am grateful and glorifies our God Almighty for allowing me to serve a ministry that helps children and families. Matthew 19:26
Jesus looked at them and said, “With man this is impossible, but with God all things are possible.”
