Welcome to the new KIDS International Ministries web site.
Three simple words in the logo describe everything we do... Loving, Teaching, Serving... It's what we believe God has called us to do. For years KIM has been surrounding those we serve with the love of Christ. We have cared for kids at New Faith Family Children’s Home and given them a place to call home. We have taught kids at Cuatro Christian School and given them a quality Christ-centered education. We have served the community around us by showing them in practical ways the love of Christ.
Each time you come to KIM, you may notice some changes… but loving, teaching and serving will continue to be the focus – in fact most of the changes you see will be about doing these three things even better – doing them with excellence.
Instead of referring to ourselves as ‘KIM’, we now call ourselves ‘KIDS’. Kids, after all, are who we are primarily serving at KIDS International Ministries. Our focus on children is intentional -- If we are going to ‘Break the cycle’, we have to start young and need to continue the process until they are a young adult.
Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it. Proverbs 22:6
When you visit KIDS in the future you may hear a phrase – ‘Christ First DNA’. DNA is who we are at the core. It defines us. As a ministry we want to be defined by being a ministry that puts Christ first in everything. We feed, build houses, teach, care for kids, help pregnant moms, do AWANA programs, have Bible studies, help students attend college, provide livelihood programs and many other things – but why do we do them? Everything we say or do has a reason - Jesus.
And whatever you do, whether in word or deed, do it all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through him. Col 3:17
The new web site has some great information about the ministries of KIDS. We want everyone to hear and see what amazing work God is doing. When you see something you like on the web site click the ‘facebook share’ button and let your friends know. Many times people ask what they can do to help us. There are many ways, but helping can be as simple as sharing with your friends your passion for KIDS International Ministries.
The web site is now much more than just stale ministry info. It will also be where most of our communication will now happen. We now have an area for blogs, newsletters and stories and ways for volunteers to share with others what God did in their lives when they served at KIDS. You can now ‘Follow’ categories and you will get an e-mail notification whenever new content is added. If you want to keep up-to-date with what is happening at KIM, this feature if for you. There are multiple ‘Categories’ you can follow so that you can choose the type of information you want to receive. Follow one category or follow them all.
KIDS update – Learn all about what is happening at KIDS – teams, new ministries, stories about impact on kids, new and existing partnerships with Churches and ministries.
Missionary blogs – Read stories of what is happening in the lives of our missionaries.
Children’s home – We will be posting all of our newsletters and stories and what is happening at the Children’s Home.

Ministry needs – We are asked many times about the needs at KIDS. This is where we will keep an up to date list of the needs for all areas of the ministry. If you follow this category you will get notified whenever there is an updated needs list or certain individual high priority needs.
Stories from Other Volunteers – Post your own story about KIDS or simply read about others that come and how God impacted them on their trip to the Philippines. We need content for this section – be one of the first to add your story!
People who come visit can now not only share their story of their visit but can also upload their best pictures from their trip. We will then feature the ‘best of the best’ pictures on the web site, Facebook, Instagram, etc.
Take some time to browse the web site. Share it with your friends. Come back again to see what new stories and content is available. Follow as many categories as you are interested in so you get updated when new posts are made.
